This place boasts an amazing location right in the city center, in an exceptionally quiet area.

We truly enjoyed staying here. the place met our requirements. - Our room was lovely. - It was quiet. - the room had a phone, a comfortable bed, and complimentary drinks. - Just what we needed. - Stayed here for one night and didn't want to leave.

The room is authentic and lovely little with bath in front of the bed. Climate control, a minibar and multi-channel television are available.

The place was reasonably priced. Had really lovely stay in this quiet hotel, the staff were really supportive, location was amazing right near all the shops. The king room was brand-new, it had a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner and a safe box. Location: the venue was near to the cathedral and museums and the main shopping street in the heart of old Palma...

It was a lovely, small family run hotel. The location could not be beaten if you want city centre.

Nothing for us to dislike, but I suppose having no reception might put some people off.

The location of this place is excellent, just a short distance from all the main attractions and the city center.

Ca Sa Padrina is a nice little Pension in the middle of the old city. From there you can go in every dicrection to explore the city and the surroundings. Soon you are aquainted to the code-number-system, you don't miss a hotel manager in persona. But if in case you need some instructions or help, there is always a friendly person who is in charge on the telephone. I like this small house in these narrow - and quiet - streets!

The communication via letters with staff did not work well (the invoice was not sent to me to the hotel as announced).

I recently stayed at Ca Sa Padrina in the city center for a few nights. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything within walking distance. The hotel had great facilities and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The self-service check-in was a breeze and added to the unique experience. The room was lovely and clean, and I had a private terrace which was a nice bonus. a wonderful stay and I would definitely book again.

Location was the only thing going for this hotel .

As a single woman this was a very lonely hotel experience.I Saw no one,guests or staff. One day my room was not serviced other than bed made.I Would not recommend this for value or atmosphere however I would recommend booking service,this was excellent.I Went to Palma for a wedding ,other guests took recommendations and discounts from other much better hotels for a better deal.I Should have done the same however I enjoyed the location very much.

the cassette toilet is leaking, it was flooded, I could not sleep because of the drop noise and worring.

I loved my room; it offered great bang for my buck! the price was fair, and it came with air conditioning, a comfy bed, and free Wi-Fi. 🌟

the room was fine and the terrace was a bonus. entrance was a little confusing at first but afterwards was no problem. room facilities was acceptable

sadly the plumbing was appaling. late comers who entered 3am slamming doors were heard all over, no sound proofing could hear people talking on pavement and i was 5 floors up. when someone flushed the toilet the pipes were vibrating so loud it woke me up late at night and in the morning.
